A RESOLUTION
REAPPOINTING AND APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Julia Burroughs, 1965 Ingalls St., Lakewood, Colorado 80214, is hereby reappointed to a second term on the Lakewood Board of Adjustment as the Ward 2 representative, to serve for the term commencing April 9, 2007 to March 31, 2011.
SECTION 2. Gene Kohls, 3403 S. Ammons St. 18-3, Lakewood, Colorado 80227, is hereby reappointed to a second term on the Lakewood Board of Adjustment as the Ward 5 representative, to serve for the term commencing April 9, 2007 to March 31, 2011.
SECTION 3. Lorna Fox, 1133 S. Eaton St., Lakewood, Colorado 80232, is hereby appointed to a first term on the Lakewood Board of Adjustment as the Ward 3 representative, to serve for the term commencing April 9, 2007 to March 31, 2011.
SECTION 4. Heidi Snyder, 1223 S. Johnson Way, Lakewood, Colorado 80232, is hereby appointed to a first term on the Lakewood Board of Adjustment as the (Ward 3) At-Large representative, to serve for the term commencing April 9, 2007 to March 31, 2011.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 For and 0 Against at a regular meeting of the City Council on April 9, 2007, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
