A RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD'S PRIORITY PARK AND OPEN SPACE ACQUISITION FOR 2007
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Open Space has requested the cities in Jefferson County to recommend high priority park and open space acquisitions; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Resources has recommended the addition of 5370 West Ohio Avenue to the high priority acquisition list; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the 5370 West Ohio Avenue parcel is a high priority for the City of Lakewood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
The City Council of the City of Lakewood hereby determines the following parcel to be the highest priority for acquisition for park and open space purposes in 2007: Lot 4, Block 1 of the South Sheridan Baptist Church filing Number 2 subdivision.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 26, 2007, at 7 p.m., at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
