A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING MEMBERS TO THE ROONEY VALLEY JOINT PROJECT REVIEW COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1: Ray Elliott is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three-year term expiring July 31, 2010, providing he is a member of the Lakewood City Council.
SECTION 2. Rich Urbanowski is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three-year term expiring July 31, 2010, providing he is a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. Richard J. Plastino is hereby appointed as a member of the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review committee to serve for a three-year term expiring July 31, 2010, providing he is a Lakewood staff member.
SECTION 4. Such appointments are for a three-year term ending July 31, 2010, however, City Council may remove or replace such appointees at any time without reason or cause.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on March 26, 2007, at 7 p.m., at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
