SUBJECT: Rezoning Case Number RZ-06-004
Rezone property located at 1120 South Depew Street from the OF (Office) Zone District to 3-R (Duplex and Small Lot Residential) Zone District to allow for the existing structure to be used as a residential single-family unit.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of this rezoning request to allow for the existing structure to be used as a residential single-family unit. Planning Commission, by a vote of 7-0 at the March 21, 2007 meeting, recommended APPROVAL of this request by City Council.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The applicant has applied to the City for a rezoning request to rezone the property located at 1120 South Depew Street from OF (Office) Zone District to 3-R (Duplex and Small Lot Residential) Zone District to allow for the existing structure to be used as a residential single-family unit. The property is approximately 8,100 square feet in size.
