AN ORDINANCE
TO REZONE LAND LOCATED AT 1120 SOUTH DEPEW STREET, CITY OF LAKEWOOD, JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Upon the application of Miguel & Betty Almeida in Lakewood Zoning Case No. RZ-06-004, and upon a recommendation of approval from the Lakewood Planning Commission, Lakewood Zoning Maps are hereby amended to include in the 3-R (Duplex and Small Lot Residential) Zone District and to exclude from the OF (Office) Zone District, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and made a part hereof, subject to the following condition:
1. That the applicant will work with the adjoining property owner to remedy the offset fence located along the southern property line, when and if the fence needs to be relocated.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby authorized and directed to certify the above. The Clerk is authorized and directed to file with the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County a certified copy of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days after final
publication.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced
and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council
on the 9th day of April, 2007; published by title in the Rocky Mountain News
and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org, on the 12th
day of April, 2007; set for public hearing on the 23rd day of April, 2007; read,
finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 23rd day of April, 2007,
and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of April, 2007.
