AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 2.20.050 F. OF THE LAKEWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION
OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Section 2.20.050 F. of the Lakewood Municipal Code is hereby amended and shall be as follows:
Commencing March 25, 2007, the annual salary of the Presiding Municipal Judge shall be One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars, which includes compensation for administrative duties assigned to the Presiding Municipal Judge; and the annual salary of the Municipal Judges shall be One Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after final publication. The salaries contained herein shall be effective March 25, 2007.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 9th day of April, 2007; published by title in the Rocky Mountain News and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org, on the 12th day of April, 2007; set for public hearing on the 23rd day of April, 2007; read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 23rd day of April, 2007, and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of April, 2007.
