ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL

Full and timely notice of this City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - GENERAL BUSINESS
Councilwoman Wise made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of determining a position relative to issues subject to negotiation, and to discuss a personnel issue, as it pertains to the search for a new city attorney, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and (f) and Section 2.15(c)(2) and (8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter. It was seconded by Councilman Peterson.
Vote: All Ayes. No Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting and the City Council went into an Executive Session at 5:04 p.m.
