Motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of conducting the City Manager's annual performance review, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) and Section 2.15(c)(8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter and for the purpose of discussing negotiation strategies as it relates to economic development projects, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and Section 2.15(c)(2) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter.
