TEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Charles E. Whitlock Recreation Center, 1555 Dover St. Lakewood, CO.

Full and timely notice of this Study Session Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - PRESENTATION - UPDATE ON COMMUNITY RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Kathy Hodgson, Director of Community Resources and Community Resource Division Managers presented updates to the various projects and responsibilities of the Lakewood Community Resources Department.
A PowerPoint presentation was given regarding the Master Plan for Development and Redevelopment of the Charles Whitlock Recreation Center Park, Surfside Park, Lakewood House School Site Plan, and the South Sheridan Property. The presentation included the Community Resources Master Plan Project Overview, the Inclusive Community Process, the Evaluation of Existing Conditions, the Composite Values Methodology "GRASP" Values, Improvements, Land Acquisitions and Standards, recommendations and an action plan, as well as an update on Forsberg/Iron Spring Park.
A question and answer period followed the presentations.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m.
