CALL TO ORDER
Bob Sandridge, Chair called the regular meeting of the Housing Authority for
December 14, 2006, at 2:05 p.m. to order with roll being called by the Administrative
Support Specialist. The Chair stated a quorum was present.
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the agenda.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
Carl first reviewed the November monthly financial reports with the Board. He
then reviewed the 2007 Annual Budget in detail and answered various questions.
After discussion Gari made a motion to approve the 2007 Annual Budget and Michelle
seconded the motion. The vote of the commissioners was as follows:
Robert Sandridge: aye
Michelle Bollig: aye
Gari Westkott: aye
Motion carried and the budget was approved.
HOUSING MANAGER REPORT
Sabrina introduced Resolution no. LHA / 43 / 2006 in Support of LHA's Public
Housing Disposition Application. She explained that this resolution is to replace
the previous resolution approved at the October 2, 2006, meeting because the
disposition has changed from rental to sale. Gari made a motion approve this
resolution and Michelle seconded the motion. The vote of the commissioners was
as follows:

Michelle Bollig: aye
Gari Westkott: aye
Motion carried and the resolution was approved.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT
Items on the agenda for discussion were postponed.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REPORT
No report.
SUB COMMITTEE REPORTS
No reports.
OTHER BUSINESS
There is no other business of the Lakewood Housing Authority.
The next regular meeting of the Lakewood Housing Authority will be held January 26, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
