ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Cabinet Room of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 S. Allison Pkwy. Lakewood, CO.

Full and timely notice of this Study Session Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - PRESENTATION - OVERVIEW OF WINTER STORM OPERATIONS
Dick Plastino, Director of Public Works, and Chris Jacobsen, Infrastructure Maintenance Operations Engineer, gave an overview of the winter storm operations for the two most recent snowstorms of December 20, 2006 and December 28, 2006.
A Powerpoint presentation was given and a question and answer period followed.
City Council expressed concern about communication to the public during major
snowstorms. Joni Inman, Director of Mayor and City Manager's Office, will research
solutions and present to City Council at a future study session.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
