RESOLUTION: 2006-73
SUBJECT: Resolution appointing members of the Canvass Board
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of attached resolution.
FUNDING SOURCE: Not applicable.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: In regards to the January 2, 2007, City of Lakewood Special Municipal Election, C.R.S. 1-10-201 requires the governing body of the municipality to appoint two registered electors to the Canvass Board. The two members being appointed are City Clerk's Office employees and registered electors Debra Brown and Greg Buchanan. The third member of the Canvass Board is the Designated Election Official, Margy Greer.
