A RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING AMUSEMENT ARCADE LICENSING AND RELATED FEES FOR THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD
WHEREAS, Section 5.46.100 of the Lakewood Municipal Code directs the City Council to establish by resolution fees as they relate to amusement arcade licensing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The following fees are hereby established, effective January 1, 2007, as the licensing and related fees for Amusement Arcades;
Application for new license $1500.00
Annual Renewal Fee $1500.00
Late Renewal Filing Fee $ 500.00
Modification of Premises $ 150.00
Change in Corporate Structure $ 100.00
Manager Registration Fee $ 75.00
Fingerprinting Fee $ 38.50
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council November 13, 2006, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
