A RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Matthew Girard, 2261 Estes St., Lakewood, CO 80215 is hereby appointed as a Regular member to the Board of Appeals, to serve for the term commencing September 26, 2006 to March 31, 2008.
SECTION 2. David J. Ferguson, 10250 W. Exposition Dr., Lakewood, CO 80226 is hereby appointed as a Regular member to the Board of Appeals, to serve for the term commencing September 26, 2006 to March 31, 2008.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 9 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 25, 2006, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
