A RESOLUTION
APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD COMMISSION ON CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND HUMAN RELATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Nancy Murray, 8015 W. 25th Pl., Lakewood, Colorado 80214, is hereby appointed to a first term to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, as a Caucasian member, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2010.
SECTION 2. Chisato Arai, 652 S. Xenon Ct., Lakewood, Colorado 80228, is hereby appointed to a first term to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, as an Asian member, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2010.
SECTION 3. Carlos Cuellar, 1620 Glen Moor Dr., Lakewood, Colorado 80215, is hereby reappointed to a second term to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, as a Hispanic member, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2010.
SECTION 4. Pedro "Pete" Roybal, 6445 W. Nevada Pl., Lakewood, Colorado 80226, is hereby reappointed to a second term to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, as a Hispanic member, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2010.
SECTION 5. Karen Kellen, 675 Dudley St., Lakewood, Colorado 80215, is hereby reappointed to a second term to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, as a Caucasian member, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2010.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 9 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 25, 2006, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
