A RESOLUTION
APPROVING A PARTIAL STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD AND THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Partial Stipulation and Settlement Agreement addressing issues raised by the Local Government Intervenors (which includes the City of Lakewood) and the Mayor is authorized to execute and the City Clerk to attest said Agreement.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of ____ for and ____ against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 11, 2006, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
