RESOLUTION: 2006-8
SUBJECT: Resolution accepting Commissioners Deeds to clear title to some of the City parks and right-of-way for West 1st Avenue at Pierce Street located within the City limits of the City of Lakewood.
ADDRESS: City Parks located in the City and West 1st Avenue right-of-way at Pierce Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of this Resolution accepting the conveyance of the parks and right-of-way to the City of Lakewood.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: City staff worked with the Open Space staff at Jefferson County to clear up title to some of the City parks and the right-of-way for a portion of West 1st Avenue that still remained in the ownership of Jefferson County even though these areas were within the City limits of the City of Lakewood.
