A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING COMMISSIONERS DEEDS, FROM THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD TO CLEAR TITLE TO FOLLOWING PARKS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WEST FIRST AVENUE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Commissioners, has tendered to the City of Lakewood its Commissioners Deeds dated March 16, 2005, and recorded on March 16, 2005, for the following parks and right-of-way at the following Reception Numbers, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City of Lakewood does hereby accept the aforesaid Commissioners
Deeds bearing acknowledgment dated March 16, 2005.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record a certified copy
of this Resolution with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on February 13, 2006, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
