AN ORDINANCE
DISSOLVING THE WESTLAND CENTER SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 20
WHEREAS, Ordinance O-92-37 authorized the creation of the WESTLAND CENTER SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 20; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance O-93-59 amended the boundaries of the district as described in attached EXHIBIT A; and,
WHEREAS, All improvements required by the District were completed; and,
WHEREAS, All assessments for the district have been paid and all indebtedness has been retired.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The WESTLAND CENTER SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 20 as described in attached EXHIBIT A is hereby dissolved.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after final publication.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is herby instructed to record a certified copy of this Ordinance in the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 27th day of November, 2006; published by title in the Rocky Mountain News and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org, on the 30th day of November, 2006; set for public hearing on the 11th day of December, 2006, read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 11th day of December, 2006, and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of December, 2006.

EXHIBIT A
Legal Description
A parcel of land lying in the Southwest One-quarter (SW1/4) of the Southeast
One-quarter (SE1/4) of Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N.00°19'18"W.
along the East line of said SE l/4, a distance of 57.00 feet; thence S.89°44'00"W.
and parallel with the South line of said SE l/4, a distance of 25.00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S.89°44'00"W. and parallel
with said South line, a distance of 1190.10 feet, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of that certain tract of land described in the instrument recorded in
Book 1452, at Page 191, of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson
County; thence N.00°23'18"W. along the East line of said tract, a distance
of 1,238.31 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of said tract; thence
N.89°40'42"E., a distance of 1,176.54 feet, more or less, to a point
of curvature on the North line of Lot 1 of MARCY'S SUBDIVISION, the plat of
which is recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 58, of said records; thence southeasterly
along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and a central
angle of 90°00'00", for an arc distance of 23.56 feet to a point on
the East line of said Lot 1 and on the West line of Miller Street; thence S.00°19'18"E.
along said West line, a distance of 1223.75 feet, more or less, to the True
Point of Beginning.
