AN ORDINANCE
TO REZONE LAND LOCATED AT 98 SOUTH NEWLAND STREET, CITY OF LAKEWOOD, JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Upon the application of Karla Chavez, representing the owner, Antonio Ambriz, in Lakewood Zoning Case No. RZ-06-002, and upon a recommendation of approval from the Lakewood Planning Commission, Lakewood Zoning Maps are hereby amended to include in the 2-R (Small Lot Residential) zone district and to exclude from the 1-R (Large Lot Residential) zone district, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days after final publication.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council on the 23rd day of October, 2006; published by title in the Rocky Mountain News and in full on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org, on the 26th day of October, 2006; set for public hearing on the 13th day of November, 2006, read, finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 13th day of November, 2006, and, signed and approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of November, 2006.
