SUBJECT: Case MO-05-006
Request approval to modify a parcel of land within the existing Westborough Official Development Plan to include the use of automobile rental.
ADDRESS: 9894 West Girton Drive

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of this modification. Planning Commission, by a vote of 7-0 at the April 5, 2006 meeting, recommend APPROVAL of this request by City Council.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The applicant is requesting to modify the existing Westborough Official Development Plan (ODP) to allow for automobile rental uses as a use by right on a parcel of land. The property is approximately 23,000 square feet in size with access from Girton Drive.
