Motion to hold an Executive Session. The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss negotiation strategies as it relates to upcoming development projects, in particular the GSA/St. Anthony's project, per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and Section 2.15(c)(2) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter.
