ITEM 1 CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Cheryl Wise called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Cabinet Room of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 S. Allison Pkwy. Lakewood, CO.
ITEM 2 ROLL CALL

Full and timely notice of this Study Session Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - EOC VIDEO - CRITICAL INCIDENTS
Brian Nielsen, Environmental Services Manager, gave a presented a video regarding
the City of Lakewood's Critical Incidents program and processes. The presentation
simulated an emergency involving a chlorine leak and it demonstrated Lakewood's
response to such an emergency. A question and answer period ensued.
ITEM 4 - DISCUSSION - TABOR BALLOT ISSUE
Mayor Pro Tem Wise opened discussion on a draft ordinance submitting to the voters a proposed revenue change for the City. Some changes were made to the draft ordinance. The majority of City Council agreed to bring the revised ordinance to a vote at the regular City Council Meeting of August 28, 2006.
ITEM 5 - REPORTS - MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Mayor and City Council reported their attendance at previous meetings and events and announced upcoming neighborhood meetings and events.
ITEM 6 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:30 p.m.
