ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Cabinet Room of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 S. Allison Pkwy. Lakewood, CO.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL

Staff in attendance: Mike Rock, City Manager

Full and timely notice of this Study Session Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - DISCUSSION - TABOR
Larry Dorr, Director of Finance, gave a presentation showing two prospective of All Funds Revenues. One prospective showed the revenues with TABOR limitations and one showed revenues without TABOR limitations. Discussion ensued among Council members. It was decided that an additional study session would be scheduled regarding whether City Council would consider placing a TABOR question on the November 2006 ballot.
ITEM 4 - OPEN DISCUSSION
None.
ITEM 5 - REPORTS - MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Mayor and City Council reported their attendance at previous meetings and events and announced upcoming neighborhood meetings and events.
ITEM 6 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:51 p.m.
