ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at Gambro, Inc., 10811 West Collins Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado.

Full and timely notice of this Study Session Meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - PRESENTATION - TOUR GAMBRO FACILITIES
Becky Clark, Director of Community Planning and Development, introduced executives of Gambro, Inc., who in turn, lead a tour of the Gambro facilities.
Executives from Gambro, Inc. in attendance were as follows: Teresa Ayers, Chief Operating Officer; Anne Bonelli, Communications Manager; Kathe Burke, VP of Human Resources; Troy Deppey, Director of Lakewood Business Services; Ellen Cohig, Marketing Communications Manager; Bob Cole, VP of Corporate Strategy; Kathy Fisher, Facilities Manager; Tim Gordon, VP of Product Development; Gary Heath, VP of Operations; and Erin Mitchell, Communications Specialist.
A Powerpoint presentation was given which introduced Gambro, its products, its facilities, and its employees.
Discussion ensued regarding Gambro's need for expansion. They recently had the need to find office space for approximately 220 employees and had to house them off campus. When they have the need to expand, they act rapidly and have less lead-time than normally required by other employers in the community.
Community Planning and Development is working with Gambro to help accommodate their campus requirements and to keep them a healthy viable employer in Lakewood.
ITEM 4 - REPORTS - MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Mayor and City Council reported their attendance at previous meetings and events and announced upcoming neighborhood meetings and events.
ITEM 5 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at approximately 8:00 p.m.
