ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Cabinet Room
of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood,
Colorado.

Full and timely notice of this City Council Study Session had been given and a quorum was present.

ITEM 3 - UPDATE - WEST CORRIDOR LIGHT RAIL/FASTRACKS
Roger Wadnal, Comprehensive Planning & Research Division Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the West Corridor Light Rail Station Areas. He reviewed the RTD Planning Process, the Light Rail System in Lakewood, and the Station Area Planning Process. A question and answer period ensued among Council members, Roger Wadnal, Bill Marino - Planning Commission, and Dave Baskett - Traffic Engineering. Representatives from RTD were also available and answered questions and concerns of City Council members.
ITEM 4 - PRESENTATION - ROONEY VALLEY IGA AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Dick Plastino, Director of Public Works in conjunction with Bill Marino, Chairman of the Planning Commission, gave a PowerPoint presentation regarding background information on the Rooney Valley Joint Project Review Committee, the intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Morrison, as well as Project Vicinity and Jurisdictional maps. IN depth information was forwarded to City Council in a Memorandum dated February 27, 2006 from Dick Plastino and Becky Clark. A questions and answer period ensued.
ITEM 5 - REPORTS - MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Mayor and City Council reported their attendance at previous meetings and events and announced upcoming neighborhood meetings and events.
ITEM 6 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Burkholder adjourned at the meeting at 8:45 p.m.
