Call to order:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present:
Dylan Anderson, Rebecca Camper, Steve DiLisio, Amber Giroir, Tom Ley,
Anna Nguyen, Kathy Nguyen, Erica Peterson, Sabrina Ruiz, Blair Weigum, Becky
Welscott, Michele Wiechman, Scotty Wilson, and Josh Sylman.
Kit Botkins (City of Lakewood), Marty Topping (Lakewood Kwanis)
Absent:

New Business:
We discussed the prospect of having the Battle of the Bands at the Lakewood
Link on February 3rd.
We also spoke about a possible alternative to the Battle of the Bands which
would be a dance competition, also to be held at the Lakewood Link.
Old Business:
Several of the Youth Commission members worked on Saturday, December 17th with
Marty Topping and the Lakewood Kwanis to prepare and deliver boxes of food to
needy people in the community.
Adjournment:
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
Next meeting:
The next Youth Commission meeting will be on Tuesday, December 20th, 2005,
7:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Link.
