REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION

RESOLUTION: 2005-71

SUBJECT: Appointing members to the Lakewood Heritage, Culture, and the Arts Commission.

RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of this resolution will officially appoint Mark Tompkins, Donald Jelniker and John Paul Lloyd as members to the Commission.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Screening Committee held interviews on November 14, 2005, and wish to recommend the appointment of the above individuals to the Lakewood Heritage, Culture, and the Arts.
