REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION

RESOLUTION: 2005-68

SUBJECT: Appointing a member to the Lakewood Board of Adjustment.

RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of this resolution will officially appoint Michael Carollo as the Ward 1 regular member to the Board of Adjustment.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The Screening Committee held interviews on November 7, 2005, and wish to recommend the appointment of the above individual to the Board of Adjustment.
