REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
RESOLUTION: 2005-65
SUBJECT: Correcting the termination date of a member of the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Resolution 2005-28 changed Stanley Wisneski's term on the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority from a term commencing on May 14, 2002, and ending on March 31, 2006. The attached resolution would correct that term date to a term commencing April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2008.
