A RESOLUTION

CORRECTING THE TERMINATION DATE OF SERVICE OF ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAKEWOOD LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSING AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution 2005-28 on April 11, 2005, which amended the term of Stanley Wisneski, 1095 Garrison St., Lakewood, Colorado, to the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority for a term of May 14, 2002, and ending on March 31, 2006, and

WHEREAS, the term dates were incorrect on Resolution 2005-28.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that

SECTION 1. The term of Stanley Wisneski, on the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority, shall be from April 1, 2005, to March 31, 2008.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 28, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
