A RESOLUTION

RE-APPOINTING REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD VICTIM ASSISTANCE COMPENSATION BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Kim Slaughter, 16716 W. 2nd Ave., Golden, Colorado, 80401, is hereby re-appointed to the Lakewood Victim Assistance Compensation Board, to serve a term commencing October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 2. Carrie Evans, 1214 S. Johnson Way, Lakewood, Colorado, 80232, is hereby re-appointed to the Lakewood Victim Assistance Compensation Board, to serve a term commencing October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2007.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 28, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
