A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Gene Kohls, 3403 S. Ammons 18-3., Lakewood, Colorado, 80227, is hereby appointed to the Lakewood Board of Adjustment, as a Ward 5 representative, to serve for the term commencing October 11, 2005, to March 31, 2007.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on October 10, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
