RESOLUTION: 2005-37
SUBJECT: Amendment to City Manager's Employment Agreement
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: As a result of discussions between the City Council and the City Manager, they have agreed to amend the City Manager's Employment Agreement to no longer provide a City-owned vehicle for the City Manager. In lieu of that existing obligation by the City, both parties agree an automobile allowance is appropriate. This Resolution approves an amendment to the Employment Agreement to provide for such changes.
