A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE METRO WASTEWATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Lewis Short is hereby appointed as a member of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District Board of Directors, to serve for the two-year term commencing July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2007.

SECTION 2. Sandra Boster is hereby appointed as a member of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District Board of Directors, to serve for the two-year term commencing July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2007.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on May 23, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
