A RESOLUTION

CORRECTING THE TERMINATION DATE OF SERVICE OF ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAKEWOOD LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE AUTHORITY.

WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution 2005-17 on March 28, 2005, which appointed Stanley Wisneski, 2095 Garrison, Lakewood, Colorado, to the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Authority for a term of April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2008; and

WHEREAS, the term dates were incorrect on Resolution 2005-17.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Stanley Wisneski, 2095 Garrison, Lakewood, Colorado, term on the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Authority commenced on May 14, 2002, and will end on March 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 9 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on April 11, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
