A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Matthew Girard, 2261 Estes Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as an Alternate Member to the Lakewood Board of Appeals, to serve for the term commencing April 12, 2005 to March 31, 2008.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 9 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on April 11, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
