RESOLUTION: 2005-26
SUBJECT: Correcting the termination date of a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission
RECOMMENDATION: Approval.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: Resolution 2005-19 appointed Tracy Simmons as the Ward 2 representative to the Lakewood Planning Commission for a term to expire on March 31, 2009. The attached resolution would correct that term date to March 31, 2006; as she is filling an unexpired term.
