RESOLUTION: 2005-8
SUBJECT: Authorizing an intergovernmental agreement related to storm drainage improvements for Aviation Park.
ADDRESS: 1900 Teller Street, Lakewood, CO
RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Community Resources recommends the approval of this resolution to authorize an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado for storm water drainage improvements related to Aviation Park.
FUNDING SOURCE: Open Space Fund
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: The development of Aviation Park channels storm water flows through the park site onto the adjacent property owned by the State of Colorado. This agreement will spell out the responsibilities of the State and City related to the handling of the flows and the construction of a detention pond.
