RESOLUTION: 2005-4
SUBJECT: License Agreement to allow minor private drainage improvements to extend into public right-of-way.
ADDRESS: 1805 Eaton Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The apartment building located at 1805 Eaton Street was constructed in 1961.
The property has been experiencing some drainage problems and the owner has
asked to be able to connect a drainage pipe directly into a drainage inlet in
Eaton Street. Public Works has examined the proposal and will allow the connection
to be made.
Approval of the resolution will allow the owner to construct the drainage pipe connection directly to the inlet in the street.
