A RESOLUTION

CORRECTING THE TERMINATION DATE OF SERVICE ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE LAKEWOOD LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSING AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, on September 22, 2003, Albert Williams, 475 S. Iris Court, Lakewood, Colorado, was appointed as the Ward 5 member to the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority, to fill an unexpired term; and

WHEREAS, the term dates were incorrect on Resolution 2003-74.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Albert Williams, 475 S. Iris Court, Lakewood, Colorado, term on the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority commenced on September 22, 2003 and will end on March 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 8 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on February 14, 2005, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
