ORDINANCE: O-2005-4
SUBJECT: Redrawing the ward boundaries for Ward 1 and Ward 5.
RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of the attached ordinance.
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: It is necessary to adopt new ward boundaries to include two annexed areas. The first annexation is for the Stevinson Automotive property which will be included within the Ward 1 boundary and the Academy Park annexation which will be included within the Ward 5 boundary.
