A Regular Meeting of the Lakewood Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage Licensing Authority was held on this date in the City Council Chambers.
ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairwoman Hansson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Also present: Paul Kennebeck, Deputy City Attorney
Full and timely notice of this meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3. NEW APPLICATION - CONTINUED
3.2% Off Premise Fermented Malt Beverage License
GEM Enterprises, L.L.C.
d/b/a Gas Mart
1495 S. Sheridan Blvd.
Gustave Mourdoumngar, 2715 W. Greens Dr., Littleton, appeared before the Authority and was sworn in. He testified that since he took over the store some months ago he has been getting many requests, from his customers, for beer. In response to questions from the Authority he said he placed the petitions on his counter. Mr. Mourdoumngar stated that it is he and his partners who primarily work the store and they will attend the city's alcohol training program at a later date. For right now, he is aware that customers purchasing beer must be 21 and have proper identification.
There was no one in the audience who came forward to speak in favor or opposition to this license being granted.
Mr. Muniz moved to approve the 3.2% Fermented Malt Beverage License Application of GEM Enterprises, L.L.C., d/b/a Gas Mart located at 1495 S. Sheridan Blvd. The motion was seconded and with those present voting Aye, THE MOTION TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION CARRIED.
ITEM 4. GENERAL BUSINESS
There was no general business to be discussed.
ITEM 5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority, Chairwoman Hansson adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
