Section 24-6-402(4)(f) and Section 2.15(c)(8) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter and for the purpose of receiving attorney-client communication per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and Section 2.15(c)(4) of the Lakewood Home Rule Charter.
