A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Shelly Frohs, 12307 W. Mexico Place, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as a regular member to the Lakewood Senior Citizens Advisory Commission, to serve an unexpired term commencing November 9, 2004 to March 31, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 8, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
