A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD HERITAGE, CULTURE AND THE ARTS COMMISSION

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Zachary Matyja, 679 South Reed Court, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed to represent the Business Community category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 2. David Wiechman, 722 South Beech Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby re-appointed to represent the Community-at-Large category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 3. Bob Costello, 13031 W. Ohio Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, 80228, is hereby appointed to represent the Business Community category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve an expired term commencing September 28, 2004 to September 30, 2005.

SECTION 4. Paula Constantakis Young, 2153 South Hoyt Court, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed to represent the Literature category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 5. Paula Rutan, 1276 S. Drew Way, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed to represent the Theatre category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 6. Laurie Maves, 13362 W. Montana Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed to represent the Three-Dimensional Art category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 7. Kathy Berls, 464 S. Youngfield Court, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed to represent the Two-Dimensional Art category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 8. Caren Diebold, 57 N. Yank Way, Lakewood, Colorado is hereby appointed to represent the Youth Education category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

SECTION 9. Stephen Sumner, 2297 S. Holman Circle, Lakewood, Colorado is hereby appointed to represent the Community-at-Large category on the Lakewood Heritage, Culture and the Arts Commission, to serve for the term commencing October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2007.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 27, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
