A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LAKEWOOD BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. George Brown III, is hereby appointed as the Ward 5 member to the Lakewood Board of Adjustment, to serve for the unexpired term commencing September 28, 2004 to March 31, 2007.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 27, 2004 at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
