A RESOLUTION

SUPPORTING THE METRO MAYORS CAUCUS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING REGARDING DENVER METROPOLITAN WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND STEWARDSHIP

WHEREAS, The City Council finds the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein, will promote the health safety and welfare of the City.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 27, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
