A RESOLUTION

APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LAKEWOOD COMMISSION ON CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND HUMAN RELATIONS

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. Ning Shen, 820 S. Taft St, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as an Asian member to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve a term commencing June 29, 2004, to September 30, 2006.

SECTION 2. Calvin Hardwick, 856 Van Gordon Ct, #1-306, Lakewood, Colorado, is hereby appointed as an African-American member to the Lakewood Commission on Cultural Diversity and Human Relations, to serve a term commencing June 29, 2004, to September 30, 2006.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on June 28, 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
