SUBJECT: Revocable license agreement to allow an electrical generator and other electrical control equipment within the Alameda Avenue right of way west of the Teller Street intersection.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER: One of the tenants to be located at 325 South Teller Street requires a backup electrical generator to properly operate the medical facility. The building also requires additional electrical panels that will not fit within the building's electrical control room. The equipment will be screened by an enclosure that will be partially buried on the north, east and west sides adjacent to an existing retaining wall along the south right-of-way line for West Alameda Avenue. The retaining wall will be cut to allow for access from the south side.
